Cardamon Rice Pilaf





This week's French Friday's recipe was Cardamon rice pilaf. This was my first time cooking with cardamon and I have to say it won't be my last.   4. It's not my first time with cardamom but it's the first time in rice for me. Like you, I was pleasantly surprised!

  5. I was anxious to try this one because it was my 2nd FFWD recipe that involved the $12 bottle of cardomom pods...and the first one was not a big hit. I totally blame myself and figure it was a user error somewhere along the way but it was still nice to have cardomom retribution :) My results were so good that I even got Nana to try it as well and she loved her results as well. That combined with how simple this was makes it a dish we will both revisit.
